Duties

- Maintain accurate documentation of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Drive residents to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills in IT systems relevant to care management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home or senior care environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and colleagues.
- Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for transporting residents when necessary.
- Proficiency in IT systems used for documentation and reporting within the care sector is advantageous.
