Job Description:
Solutions Cleaning Services are looking to hire a new Cleaning Team Leader to join our team working in Magna Park.
You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage and delegate your colleagues.
As the team leader, you will be responsible for the smooth, day to day running of the shift. Your duties will include (but are not limited to)
*Ensuring all schedules are carried out to a high standard
*Ensuring that your team is also carrying out their delegated schedules
*Recording and reporting of weekly paperwork.
*Communicating with your area supervisor and management team.
*Recording and reporting of absences
*Updating staff holidays
*Effectively communicate with the client when required
*Ensure you and your team are following all company policies and procedures.
Shift pattern: Monday -Friday with the chance of overtime.
Shift time: 7am - 3pm

Job role will consist of working with other onsite cleaners and undertaking daily cleaning duties whilst adhering to weekly schedules. The job role involves using cleaning machinery, on which full training will be given.
