We are seeking a dedicated senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team in the UK. Based in our office, this role is vital in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients and achieve our growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage property viewings and client inquiries efficiently.
- Negotiate lettings deals to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Support marketing efforts for property listings.
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience within the lettings sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in lettings .
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus.
