Prior Park College, overlooking historic Bath is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Estates Department.
General building experience is highly desirable.
The role is based predominantly at Prior Park College and travel to the Paragon School, Bath to work will also be essential.
The Estates Department maintains the buildings, grounds and gardens at both Prior Park College and the Paragon school reporting to the Estates Manager. The team consists of general builders, plumbers, carpenter, electrician and apprentice. This team maintains the schools’ general maintenance, ensuring compliance and carrying out small capital works. The grounds and gardens side consists of gardeners, grounds persons specialising in sports preparation and grounds presentation.
This role will commence as soon as all pre-employment checks are in place. Salary dependant on experience.
Free on-site parking, and meals can be provided from out onsite restaurant. Access to use on-site gym and pool to fit around the needs of the school.
Set in a stunning location Prior Park College is an exceptional 11-18 HMC senior school set in a stunning 57-acre estate overlooking the City of Bath a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Paragon Junior School, Bath an independent, co-educational day school based in a beautiful Georgian house a mile from the centre of Bath. Catering for more than 250 children aged three to 11.
