We’re on the lookout for a passionate, experienced chef to help our kitchen team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Helping guide and support our kitchen team
- Cooking and prepping dishes to our recipes and standards
- Making sure food is stored and handled safely and stays fresh
- Giving the team a hand where needed
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Following all food safety and hygiene rules
- Working closely with the rest of the team to keep the kitchen and service running smoothly
- Getting involved with stock checks
- Managing cleaning schedules
- Keeping on top of all required paperwork
Work pattern:
- This is a shift–based role for mostly evenings and weekends
- Kitchen opening hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 12–2pm & 5–8pm
- There may be extra time needed for prep, cleaning and general kitchen duties outside of service hours
- Wage rate dependant on experience
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of kitchen experience
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of food safety
- Ability to stay organised and on top of things in a busy kitchen
- Great communication skills
- Clean, tidy working habits
