As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers of residents
- Supervise and support the care team in delivering excellent care
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care activities
- Utilize IT systems for record keeping and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a senior care or similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using IT systems for record keeping and reporting
- Valid driver's license is preferred
