Nicky Cornell is an online Luxury Furniture retailer. Based in Hertford in Hertfordshire (SG13 7EW) we require a keen and enthusiastic employee to join our efficient team.
We would very much prefer you to live within a 10 mile radius and have your own transport as public transport is not an ideal way to commute to our location.
Job overview
We are seeking a confident preferably outgoing personality with the ability to fit in to a busy self motivated furniture sales team. You will be processing orders placed online and answering any from calls potential customers. Some light occasional warehouse work may be required so you will need to be fit, able and prepared to help whenever necessary.
Our opening hours are 9.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday.
Immediate start available.
Must live locally and have your own transport.
No previous experience in the furniture industry is required as all training will be provided but some previous customer service experience would be preferred.
Qualifications
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Some experience in sales would be ideal
- Driving license (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
