The role of Senior Conveyancing Paralegal:
- Manage own caseload of conveyancing sale files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
- Draft contracts and legal documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures
- Provide excellent client service at all times
The ideal Senior Conveyancing Paralegal:
- Previous experience as a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role
- Ability to manage own caseload independently, particularly sale files
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
