We are seeking a Programme Operations Manager to oversee daily programme operations, coordinate administrative workflows, support event planning, and help ensure smooth delivery of family-focused activities. This role is ideal for an organised professional with experience in operations, programme coordination, events, administration, or service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily programme operations, schedules, records, and administrative workflows
- Coordinate with team members, families, vendors, event partners, and service providers
- Support planning for activities, events, registrations, attendance, and programme updates
- Monitor service quality, participant feedback, task progress, and operational reports
- Prepare schedules, spreadsheets, meeting notes, summaries, and programme documentation
- Help improve internal processes, communication flow, and service delivery standards
- Support safe, organised, and professional programme environments
- Maintain accurate records while following confidentiality and safeguarding expectations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in programme coordination, operations management, events, administration, education support, youth activities, or customer service
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working in family services, children’s programmes, events, creative learning, or community activities is an advantage

Pay: £55,000.00-£77,000.00 per year
