Caring Deputy Nursery Manager sought for a lovely, homely nursery. We are a 40 place setting close to the Harbour in Eastbourne. We have separate cosy rooms for each age group and a lovely garden with areas divided for different age groups. Our team is structured with a high ratio of qualified staff.

A relevant level 3 qualification or above in childcare to apply and preferably 4 years or more childcare experience. In this position you will support us in the management of our nursery, for example in maintaining the standards of care and team values which we believe in. We develop specific training plans for our management teams to support the knowledge required for the position. The position involves managing the nursery in the Nursery Manager's absence, as well as specific weeks when our Manager is also present.

In addition to the salary as a Deputy Manager in our team, where relevant, you would receive a 50% discount on Childcare after the funded hours. We also offer a number of other performance or service rewards.
Hours are M-F 8-5 /9-6 on a rota basis.
