Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Paint Sprayer & Repair Specialist to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying paint, repairing vehicle body damage, and restoring vehicles to their optimal condition. Your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools will be essential in delivering high-quality results efficiently. Duties
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Mix and match paints accurately to achieve seamless color matching and finish quality.
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment with precision to apply paint evenly across vehicle surfaces.
- Perform body repairs and panel replacements, using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct heavy lifting of vehicle parts or panels safely to facilitate repairs or painting processes.
- Inspect finished work for quality control, ensuring smooth finishes free of runs or imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in vehicle painting, body repair, or a related automotive trade.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle structures and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, and pry bars.
- Skilled in using power tools including sanders, grinders, and spray guns.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of repair or preparation tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced automotive environment is preferred but not required.

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
