Role Overview
This excellent opportunity is for a skilled professional to join our established team as a full-time Senior Administrator specifically dedicated to one of our trading companies. The role sits within the Support Services Team, reporting to the Support Services Manager, working across multiple workstreams.
You will play a key role in the team, collaborating with both colleagues and clients to ensure successful outcomes. The position is based in our offices near Gloucester with some travel required to attend meetings and to support business events across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), including maintaining team rosters and shift schedules, maintaining operational documentation, coordinating and organising general office related day-to-day activities for the office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office related activities for this company including incoming calls, email enquiries, shared email accounts and event management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including diary management for senior members of the team, preparing agendas, recording minutes and actions, and the distribution of minutes.
- Identify opportunities for AI-assisted administration to automate routine tasks and improve efficiencies.
- Support the onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless integration experience for new employees.
- Maintenance of accurate records and trackers including document control.
- Manage travel arrangements including flights, trains and hotels.
- Support with Health, Safety & Environment compliance by collaborating closely with the H&S focus group to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Application Process

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
