Are you kind, patient, reliable, and secretly excellent at making a proper cuppa? We are looking for home carers to support people in their own homes and help make everyday life that little bit easier, brighter, and more comfortable.
This is a role for someone who believes small things matter - a warm smile, a listening ear, remembering how someone likes their toast, and helping people feel safe, respected, and cared for.
What You Will Be Doing
As a home carer, you will provide friendly, practical support with daily living. This may include:
Helping with personal care and continence care in a respectful and dignified way.
Supporting with meals, drinks, medication prompts, and light household tasks.
Offering companionship, conversation, and the occasional laugh.
Helping clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
Spotting changes in wellbeing and reporting concerns when needed.
You Might Be Perfect If You Are

Kind-hearted and genuinely enjoy helping others.
Reliable enough that people can count on you.
Patient, calm, and able to treat everyone with dignity.
A good communicator with a friendly, positive manner.
Happy to learn, whether you are experienced or brand new to care.
