KITCHEN PORTER (KP) – SAMBOL RESTAURANT, BRISTOL
Sambol is an exciting Sri Lankan-inspired restaurant in Bristol, serving vibrant small plates, curries, and cocktails. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our growing team.
Duties include:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Taking deliveries and organising stock
- Ensuring high hygiene and food safety standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
