Job Summary:
PuraSpring Water & Environmental Solutions Ltd is seeking a Water Systems Project Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of water infrastructure and environmental projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing project activities, coordinating field teams, and supporting sustainable water solutions. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll do:
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of water systems and environmental projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, site activities, resources, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within scope.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and field teams to support successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of project work.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and operational documentation.
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve project issues while supporting continuous improvement.
- Build positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in water systems, utilities, environmental services, construction, engineering, project coordination, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of infrastructure, water treatment, environmental projects, or construction operations is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support project success.

Pay: £3,900.00-£5,500.00 per month
