Painter & Decorator – Full Time (Employed/Salaried)
£120–£140 per day/£31,000-£36,500 per year (depending on experience)
Decorative Finish is a growing painting & decorating company operating across the West Midlands. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking painter & decorator to join our team on a full-time employed basis.
What we offer:

The role:
- Interior and exterior painting & decorating
- Domestic and light commercial projects
- Work mainly across the West Midlands, with occasional travel outside the area
- Working to a high standard with attention to detail
- Representing the company professionally on site
Requirements:
- Painting & decorating experience preferred (ideally 2 years experience)
- Strong work ethic and good timekeeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to commute
- Clean DBS
- Tools will be supplied
