General Farm & Production Assistant
Location: Harrington, Northamptonshire
Hours: 3 people needed for 01.09.2026 - 8:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute paid break)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a General Farm & Production Assistant to join their team in Harrington. This is a varied role, offering experience across both farm and production operations.
Duties:
- Assist with blending and peeling fruits
- Support garden and general farm work
- When farm work is limited, assist in the production facility in Kettering, including:
- Labelling bottles
- Corking, filling, and packing bottles
Requirements:
- Must have own car and be able to drive
- Flexible and willing to work across farm and production tasks
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
