Supervisor – Blue Banana Swansea
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Supervisor to join our Swansea team.
This isn’t just about opening and closing the shop. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, support the manager, motivate the team and help create a positive atmosphere on the shop floor.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Leading the team and setting high standards of customer service.
- Helping drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Merchandising, stock management and general shop floor duties.
- Supporting the piercing studios when required.
- Opening and closing the store, cash handling and keyholder responsibilities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is 18+.
- Is fully flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends and late nights.
- Is reliable with excellent timekeeping.
- Has previous retail or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential).
- Is confident leading a team and giving direction.
- Has a positive attitude and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
- Leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
