Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mechanical design across a range of building services projects
- Support projects through RIBA design stages from concept to detailed design
- Produce calculations, specifications and technical reports
- Work closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to sustainable and low-carbon design strategies
- Attend site visits and support project delivery
What they're Looking For:
- 2-5 years' experience within a building services / MEP consultancy
- Experience in mechanical design (HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation systems)
- Working knowledge of relevant UK building regulations and standards
- Familiarity with software such as Revit, IES or similar design tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Desire to progress and work towards chartership (CIBSE/IMechE)
