The Carrbridge Hotel is a historic, family-run 4-star hotel situated on the edge of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park.

We are looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team.
The Role
As a member of our bar team, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our hotel guests and visitors.
You will be responsible for serving drinks, taking care of guests and helping to ensure the bar is clean, well stocked and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service.
- Taking drinks orders and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Preparing and serving a range of drinks, including draught beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
- Taking payments accurately and operating the till.
- Keeping the bar, tables and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
- Restocking drinks, glassware and other bar supplies.
- Maintaining good presentation and hygiene standards throughout the bar.
- Checking guests are enjoying their experience and responding to requests wherever possible.
- Working closely with the restaurant and hotel teams to provide excellent overall guest service.
- Any reasonable request by management.
- Following licensing, health and safety procedures at all times.
- Carrying out opening and closing duties as required.

- Right to Work: You must have a valid right to work in the UK. Proof will be required during registration/interview.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and during busy periods on a flexible basis.
Experience
Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but full training can be provided for the right person.
Knowledge of drinks, cocktails or bar service would be an advantage, but personality, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
