We are Scrub and Go, a modern, friendly cleaning company based in East London. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch residential, end-of-tenancy, and deep cleans while keeping things fresh, relaxed, and supportive for our team!
We are looking for reliable Driving Cleaners who love independence, take pride in great work, and enjoy a flexible schedule.
You’ll be travelling to local job sites, managing your time, and delivering quality cleans alongside a supportive team.
Responsibilities
Property Cleaning Execution: Perform thorough residential, end-of-tenancy, and deep cleans to professional inspection standards using provided checklists.
Specialist Equipment Handling: Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment (including Henry vacuums and portable carpet extraction units like the Santoemma Sabrina).
Equipment Custody & Care: Keep company cleaning kits, vacuums, and chemicals securely stored in your home or vehicle boot, ensuring equipment is kept clean, maintained, and ready for jobs.
Mobile Site Transport: Drive safely between scheduled job sites across East London and nearby areas, transporting essential cleaning supplies and occasional team members.
Arrival & Scope Reporting: Inspect job sites upon arrival, complete pre-job photo logs, and report any severe issues or misquoted scopes to management before starting work.

Qualifications
- Valid UK license with a vehicle
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in end-of-tenancy, deep cleaning, residential, and commercial cleaning.
- Eye for Quality: Unwavering attention to detail, you don't miss the small things, and you take pride in a job done brilliantly.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently or seamlessly alongside a team.
- Positive Mindset: Receptive to feedback, eager to deliver great customer service, and committed to high standards.
- Compliance: Able to follow health & safety policies, chemical handling procedures (COSHH), and site instructions accurately.
