Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operationsn in our takeaway shop ensuring excellent customer service, and support our team in delivering high-quality food and drink. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with great organisational and communication skills, capable of managing staff and maintaining a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monthly rotas
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
- Maintain company standards for food and drinks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and till reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a café supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
