Sales Advisor
Location: Reigate Showroom
Salary: £31,000–£33,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+)
RDO is one of the UK's leading independent kitchen appliance retailers. We're looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to join the team in our Reigate showroom.
What You'll Be Doing
- Talking to customers at every stage of their journey — from first visit to final delivery
- Building quotations and managing your own pipeline of leads
- Getting deep product knowledge across brands ranging from budget to premium
- Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy and welcoming
- Upholding standards that make the whole team's job easier — and more enjoyable
The Practical Bits
- Working 5 days per week, including Saturdays (we are closed on Sunday & bank holidays)
- Potentially some lifting and use of stairs when moving stock and adjusting displays
