As a Senior Care Assistant at Heron Manor Care Home, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.

Hours: Night shifts
Leading by example, you will inspire and support the team to provide compassionate, high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
Working closely with the wider care team, you will oversee shifts, coordinate care delivery, and ensure care plans are followed and regularly reviewed. You will support residents with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility and emotional wellbeing.
