The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with McKinsey-caliber experience
to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of AI-
driven consulting, helping clients achieve exceptional deal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex client projects on deal strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Integrate AI tools into consulting workflows for enhanced efficiency and insights.
- Provide strategic advice to senior executives and drive business transformation
initiatives.
- Contribute to business development and firm growth.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG,
Bain).
- Proven expertise in deal making, strategy consulting, and client management.
- Experience with AI and digital transformation initiatives is a strong plus.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- London-based with eligibility to work in the UK.
