We are seeking an experienced HR People Partner to support our site operations and partner with managers to deliver outstanding people practices. This is a hands-on HR generalist role, providing expert support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, wellbeing, engagement and HR compliance.
Act as the primary HR contact for colleagues and managers on site.
Provide advice and support on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and colleague lifecycle activities.
Support employee wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives.
Coach managers to build people management capability.
Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.
Experience in a generalist HR, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Experience supporting managers in a manufacturing, operational or multi-site environment is advantageous.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is desirable.
