Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality deep cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their environments are thoroughly sanitised and maintained to the highest standards. Duties
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including carpets, upholstery, kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results.
- Identify areas requiring special attention and adapt cleaning techniques accordingly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are properly maintained and stored after use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within allocated timeframes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in deep cleaning or professional cleaning services is preferred.
- Valid driving licence is desirable for travel between client locations.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen carefully and respond appropriately.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure thoroughness in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation for commuting or travelling between sites is advantageous.
- Must be physically fit, capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting moderate loads, and working in various environments. Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
