· Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, greeting guests, offering refreshments, and notifying hosts.
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring they are handled promptly and directed appropriately.
· Oversee reception and administration inboxes, meeting room management.
· Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up virtual meetings and ensuring rooms are fully equipped.
· Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and general office correspondence.
· Carry out administrative duties including filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records.
· Maintain high standards across reception, meeting rooms, and office spaces, reporting maintenance issues as needed to the facilities manager.
· Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, refreshments and other office items.
· Coordinate daily lunch arrangements for the Chairman and Executive Team.
· Provide ad hoc support to the Chief of Staff, including errands and administrative tasks.
· Support travel bookings, diary coordination, and onboarding logistics when required.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
· Assist with any additional duties as requested by the Chief of Staff.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in hospitality / receptionist role
- Worked in a fast paced / demanding environment
- Hold strong references
