We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with good hardware/software experience, networking and Windows Server Active Directory experience.
Responsibilities:
Accurate logging and diagnosis of support requests
Helping maintain and implementing our customer networks
Supporting customers remotely and onsite
Hardware/software & networking knowledge
Skills Required:
Ideally 2 years+ experience in an IT environment
Good customer facing and communication skills
Confident approach
Office 365 administration
Windows Server/Exchange Server exposure
VMware/Hyper-V/VEEAM/Backup Exec an advantage
Basic ADSL/SDSL routers/Firewall experience
Full driving licence
