Leda Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction and engineering business for an experienced Administrator to provide vital support to a busy Programme Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive administrator looking for an immediate start temporary assignment within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Working closely with a Senior Programme Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of departmental operations and project activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining project documentation and records
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management
- Coordinating internal and external communications
- Assisting with project administration and reporting
- Scheduling meetings and managing diaries where required
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting operational processes and departmental efficiency
- Liaising with stakeholders and responding to enquiries
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Project Administrator or Office Manager position
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Experience supporting senior management teams
- A proactive and professional approach
