Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our dispatch team and support other departments within a food manufacturing setting.
The role requires accuracy, efficiency and timely picking of orders and dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and dispatch orders from various websites and platforms.
- Safely move goods throughout the warehouse and onto racking, handling items weighing up to 25kg in line with manual handling guidelines.
- Maintain accurate stock and production records.
- Assist with warehousing duties as required.
- Clean as you go principle as well as other cleaning task as required.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow procedures and handle manual lifting and moving heavy items (in excess of 25kg) line with manual handling guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic IT skills (stock systems, spreadsheets)
