We’re looking for an energetic, inspiring Coach to deliver our established Devon Junior Programme.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver the National Badminton Devon Junior coaching programme
- Identify and nurture emerging talent
- Raise standards, participation, and engagement across our community programmes
- Help promote Devon as a great place to play and develop in badminton
- Offer individual coaching to players (paid directly to you)
What We’re Looking For
- UKCC Level 2 qualified / BWF Level 2 qualified (or Level 1 with willingness to complete UKCC Level 2)
- Passionate about junior development and performance pathways
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisation skills
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about growing the programme

Hours: To be agreed (based around programme delivery)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
