ERG Plastic Fabrication is a subsidiary company for ERG (AIR Pollution Control) Ltd based outside Horsham. We manufacture the process vessels and ducting used in our air pollution control systems using high performance specialty plastic composites.
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Plastic Laminator, where you will play a vital role in creating high-quality laminated plastic products. This position involves working with pigmented flowcoats and vinylester resins. Responsibilities
- Apply waxes to mold surfaces facilitating the assembly and removal of laminated parts
- Apply layers of plastic resin to mold surfaces prior to placement of fiberglass mats
- check all cut out patterns to make sure that they conform to dimensional data, photographs, drawings, samples and customer specifications.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the lamination process to meet specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including warehouse storage spaces
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- 2 years experience working with process vessel lamination
- Warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling
- Knowledge of construction painting or related finishing techniques is a plus
- Fork lift qualification
