Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Set up, clear, and clean tables and dining areas.
- Takes responsibility to ensure a familiarity with the menus, and the products on offer to guests
- Handling bar, pouring drinks and Making cocktails.
- Assist with restocking and organizing supplies and inventory.
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Support colleagues and work as part of a team to provide seamless service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets
- Works as part of the team in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B services
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Develops close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty
- Works with the POS to ensure accurate recording of orders and till management
Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good personal presentation and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
