We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and inspire our software delivery teams, ensuring high-quality customer-focused solutions are delivered efficiently, at pace and at scale. You will have people management experience with this role having at least one direct report.

Planning and driving the successful delivery of technology change aligned to business objectives.

Working closely with stakeholders to shape solutions that deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Championing agile best practices to maximise efficiency, quality and team performance.

Acting as a key escalation point while promoting effective governance and risk management.
What we're looking for

Proven experience leading software development or delivery teams within an agile environment.

A strong communicator who can influence, challenge and build relationships at all levels.

The ability to shape and drive business change from both a strategic and commercial perspective.

Experience managing delivery performance, continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.
