Job Title: Serviced Apartment Room Attendant

Job Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring serviced apartments are cleaned, maintained, and presented to a high standard. This role focuses on guest comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail, contributing to a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest apartments according to company standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as scheduled
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish floors and furniture
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies
- Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal
- Inspect rooms for damages, maintenance issues, or missing items and report promptly
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and task checklists on the Breezeway app
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and assigned public areas when required
- Carry-out light “homeowner” general tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper, or cleaner preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
- Honest, reliable, and professional
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, or shifts as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Understanding of guest service standards
