We're now looking for a dependable Cleaning Operative to join the team in Chelmsford.
The Role
As a Cleaning Operative, you'll ensure the site is kept clean, well maintained, and presented to a high standard, using the appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals provided on-site, while adhering to Health & Safety requirements. Full training is provided — previous cleaning experience is not necessary, though it's a bonus.

Essential Criteria
- You must be able to travel to and from CM3 3FY
- Speaks, reads and writes English well
- Trustworthy and committed
- Strong communication skills and determination
- Self-discipline and resilience
- Positive attitude, well organised
- Responsible and reliable
- Willing to undergo a DBS (police) check — cost covered by CPL
