We are looking for an organised and proactive Property & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in North Leeds.
This is a varied role that combines residential & student property management with compliance administration. You will be responsible for managing tenancies and properties, ensuring all statutory safety requirements and certificates are maintained, and providing excellent service to landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential & student properties / tenancies
- Coordinating maintenance works and repairs
- Conducting property inspections (pre, during and post tenancy)
- Arranging and monitoring compliance requirements, including: Gas Safety Certificates Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm compliance Monitoring certificate expiry dates and arranging renewals
- HMO applications (new and renewals)
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and utility providers
- Managing tenancy documentation and property records
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and industry regulations
- Resolving day to day tenancy and property management queries
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience within residential or student property management, lettings, or a similar property role
- Good understanding of property compliance and safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle available for business use
