This position is for a trainee manager. Full side by side training will be given with the end goal of taking over as our restaurant manager at Burger Boyz Cardiff, upon satisfactory completion of management training programme.
This advert is for a full-time position.
What we are looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in hospitality.
- Confident learning to create and manage staff rotas.
- A hands on leader who can motivate and support the team.
- Someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Friendly, outgoing and confident personality is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth service.
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Scheduling staff shifts and managing rotas.
- Training and supporting team members.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Ensuring cleanliness and good organisation.
- Managing a small team of employees.
- Dealing with any customer requests/feedback.
- Helping the kitchen manager with any additional tasks

Starting Pay from £12.71 an hour, increasing with satisfactory completion of management training.
