The Role
As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a successful career in sales and business development. Working within our Business Development team, you will engage with senior decision-makers across a wide range of organisations, qualifying opportunities and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where resilience, determination and a positive attitude are essential.

What You'll Be Doing
Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective clients
Identify and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team
Profile and research over 3,000 businesses per year
Build relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of sectors
Generate a minimum of 15 qualified leads per week
Maintain accurate records of all activity within company systems
- Achieve daily activity targets, including calls, conversations and talk time
Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support growth
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2:1 degree or above in any business-related discipline
Up to 12 months' commercial work experience, sales experience advantageous but not essential

Resilient, tenacious and comfortable speaking with new people every day
Highly ambitious with a strong desire to build a successful sales career
Quick learner with strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Results-driven with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed
Positive team player with excellent communication skills
Previous telesales, customer service, recruitment or business development experience desirable
