Job Overview
We are an independent pub with a real focus on good service, consistent standards and clean fresh food and drinks.
We are looking for a new manager to join us on our journey. A manager open to working closely with the owners on this project.
A can do attitude is required in this position, as the work life balance is a genuine concern for the owners here, they want to ensure you have life outside of work, so do expect that when you're in work, you're working.
The team is massively important, ensuring you are developing them as well as nurturing.
Our interview process is simple: you will be messaged via Indeed with instruction on how to proceed with the application. This part is imperative that the steps are completed properly. !st interview is swift, no more than 15 minutes, an introduction, a face to face meeting. If you are successful from here, the second interview is a little more formal, a deep dive into your core values and management style. if you are successful, a third will be planned to talk more on a human level about you and us as people.
We hope to hear from you soon.
