We are looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Internal Sales / Telesales professional to join our team at CUCCTV in Salford, Manchester.
This is a phone-based sales role where you will be speaking with trade customers such as installers and security professionals across the UK. You will help customers choose the right security products, prepare quotations and build strong long-term relationships.
You will play an important role in supporting the growth of our business by providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their enquiries.
Full product training will be provided, so previous knowledge of CCTV or security systems is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Provide product information and advice to customers
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries
- Build strong relationships with trade customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and quotations
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Qualifications
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Good communication skills in English
- Sales, telesales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Comfortable using computers and basic systems
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
Experience in internal sales, telesales, trade sales or customer service would be beneficial but is not essential.
