About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Centre Agent to join our growing team. This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to businesses to verify and update their directory listing information, ensuring our data remains accurate and current.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses to verify and update directory listing information.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally respond to customer enquiries.
- Accurately record and update information within our database systems.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous call centre experience.
- Lead generation or telesales experience is desirable, with the ability to identify customer needs and generate quality business leads for occasional outbound calling activities, as required.
