Staffing match are looking for skilled CNC Turner or Miller (Setter/Operators) to join our rapidly expanding Engineering client based in Coventry.
Pay Rate - Negotiable based on Experience (Overtime available too, paid up to Double Time and 15% shift allowance for nights)
Shifts - The shifts consist of a monthly rotation of days and nights (39 hours per week)
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday - 6:30am - 2:45pm & Friday 6:30am - 12:30pm
Night Shift: Monday to Wednesday - 7:30pm - 6:00am & Thursday 7:30pm - 5:00am
Job Description for the role of a CNC setter operator
- Set and operate various CNC machines and processes in a safe and efficient manner.
- Produce parts in accordance with route cards and technical drawings.
- Ensure all parts are produced to schedule requirements and quality standards.
- Work in adherence to the departmental procedures to achieve best in class service and maintain company quality procedures.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications for the role of a CNC Setter Operator
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of technical drawings.
- Previous experience as a CNC Setter Operator
- Experience using measuring equipment.
