We are seeking a Logistics Director to lead transport strategy, international operations, supplier relationships, and service performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the logistics strategy
- Lead freight, warehouse, and export operations
- Manage transport providers and commercial partners
- Oversee budgets, service levels, and operational targets
- Improve shipment visibility and delivery performance
- Maintain customs, trade, and transportation compliance
- Manage operational risks and service disruptions
- Monitor labelling, packing, and dispatch standards
- Develop logistics teams and operating procedures
- Report performance to senior stakeholders
What We Are Looking For Experience
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, freight, transportation, exports, warehousing, or supply-chain management
- Previous leadership responsibility for teams, budgets, suppliers, and international operations

Pay: £85,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
