Hours: Full-time & Part-time Roles Available
Essential Requirements
- Relevant Early Years qualification (or willingness to train – apprenticeships available)
- Knowledge of EYFS and child development (for qualified roles)
- Passion for working with children aged 0–5
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

The Role
You will support children’s learning and wellbeing while helping maintain a safe, engaging nursery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS
- Act as a key worker, completing observations and planning activities
- Support children’s development through play and daily routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Work closely with colleagues and parents
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
