As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Client Service Assistant to join our Client Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in financial planning administration and a detailed working knowledge of Intelliflo Office who enjoys delivering outstanding client service and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
The Role
Working closely with our Advisers, Paraplanners, and Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client records and workflows using Intelliflo Office
- Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
- Liaising with clients, providers, platforms and third parties
- Monitoring and progressing business through to completion
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
- Producing client correspondence and reports
- Managing provider queries and servicing requests
- Supporting the delivery of an exceptional client experience
- Assisting with wider client service and office administration activities as required
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial planning, wealth management, or IFA administration role
- Strong practical knowledge of Intelliflo Office is essential
- Experience of managing workflows, tasks, client records, and business processing within Intelliflo Office
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
Desirable
- Experience working within a Chartered Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
- Knowledge of investment, pension and protection products
- Experience using financial planning platforms and provider systems
