As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Client Service Assistant to join our established Client Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised financial planning professional who can bring valuable Intelliflo Office experience from day one and play a key role in delivering a first-class client experience.
The Role
Working closely with our Advisers, Paraplanners, and Client Services team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the client journey, ensuring business is processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for maintaining client records, progressing new business, supporting client reviews, and liaising with providers and clients to ensure a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client records, workflows, and servicing activities using Intelliflo Office.
- Process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Prepare client meeting packs, suitability documentation, and annual review materials.
- Liaise with clients, providers, platforms, and third parties to obtain information and progress business.
- Monitor and track cases through to completion, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records.
- Produce client correspondence and supporting documentation.
- Handle provider servicing requests and client queries efficiently.
- Support advisers and paraplanners with administrative and client service activities.
- Contribute to the delivery of an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
- Assist with wider office administration and team support duties as required.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or an IFA environment.
- Advanced user of Intelliflo Office with practical experience of:
- Workflow management
- Task management
- Client record maintenance
- New business processing
- Ongoing servicing activities
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience working within a Chartered Financial Planning firm.
- Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.

- Progress towards, or interest in, professional financial services qualifications.
