We are looking for 1 new member of staff to join our evening telesales team in Shenstone. We supply pizza shops and takeaways with all ingredients, packaging and side orders.
This position is not cold calling; you will be contacting existing customers for their orders who will be expecting your call to place their order.
Working hours are Sunday-Thursday 15:00-22:30,
Some of the responsibilities include:
-Using a call list to contact customers for their orders, enter on to SAP system and print picking lists
-Taking card payments from customers
- Speaking with drivers to confirm delivery times or customer balance queries
-Answering incoming calls
-Making outgoing calls
- Upselling stock on orders
This list is the main aspects of the role but you may be expected to assist with other various admin based tasks .
