Part time (5 – 6.25 hours per week), term time only 38 weeks
Furness Education Trust are looking for Midday Supervisors to oversee the smooth-running of activities and the well-being of all students during lunchtime. This role will be based at one of our Primary school locations, either Yarlside Academy, Victoria Academy or Newton Village Academy. Furness Education comprises of seven schools, two secondary and five primary schools, Furness Academy, Walney School, Yarlside Academy, Victoria Academy, Parkside Academy, Lindal and Marton Primary School and Newton Village Academy.

You will:
- Supervise students in the dining hall, courtyard and other parts of the Academy.
- Assist SEN students with a variety of tasks.
- Clean up spillages.
- Help to clear away food and stack tables and chairs after students have left the dining hall.
- Ensure students keep out of areas which are out of bounds and do not leave the premises in accordance with the Academy policy.
- Deal with any incidents of misbehavior and report any problems which you are unable to resolve.
- Tend to students who are sick or injured, ensuring they receive appropriate medical attention and report serious accidents.
